Hi Tabatha,
I don't think we have those superb birds here... We do have Baltimore Oriole but I have never seen this one! It is a real beauty! The picture is well composed and exposed. I might suggest trying a faster shutter speed next time and maybe that details could be sharper as it seems that it has moved a little when you took the picture. This is superb anyway :)

This is a totally new bird to me..and he is stunning...we get nothing like this in the UK.
Great focusing through the obstructions to bring out a lovely colour rich sharp picure.

I'm so jealous - I would love to see one of these Orioles in the flesh. I love this pose! The colors are just beautiful. No sun here today - in fact we are expecting storms. They may wait for the Super Bowl to end.

Hello Tabatha,
This is such a fine capture with the pose, colours, BG and composition that it is a pity that it is a bit soft. I tried it in the WS and have succeeded in sharpening it to some extent. I hope you approve.
