this is an excellent presentation of last nights lunar eclipse showing the first half of the event.I too started with a fast shutter and finished up at 4 sec for the total eclipse.Thanks for showing us this sequence. Bob

Hi Klaus, I see some of your Graphics Design expertise coming through with these great shots of the eclipse. Very nicely done and presented. I had heard that the moon turned a reddish colour during the eclipse, and you caught it well. We didn't have this great show where we are now, my next best chance is Dec-2010. Got to do some shopping between now and then.
