Bees were buzzing around my neighbor's ligustrum, apparently finding plenty of pollen to take away with them. They didn't seem to mind me getting a foot or so away from them, so I took a number of shots.
I did very little post-proc. I cropped the image down as much as I thought the quality could stand, adjusted the levels in Photoshop, sharpened it, resized it, and saved and uploaded it. |

Great capture, Michael! Those bees move so fast that this is an impressive shot. I like the background being indistinct; it focuses the eye on the subject. I also like the subject being off-center.
