Nope. Just a Brown Pelican illuminated by the setting sun.

This was so weird I didn't do anything but crop and filter for noise with NI set on the camera profile.

It really lokks like a Pterosaurus....here you can see that our recent birds are the direct offsprings of the dinosaurs.
