I found these little desert flowers by my Grandpa's place near Douglas. I'm not quite sure what kind of plant or shrub this is, but it was about the only bit of color other than desert green, brown and the grayness of a dry existence.
Douglas is higher in altitude than Phoenix and can get snow, though it doesn't stay long. From here, you are right on the border of Mexico. |

Hi Jaclyn,
better shot, I like it most than the other. Just my opinion, there is some noice in the pic because there are too many things: you have those lovely flowers, and the green grass and the grey sticks.. just a mess.
Although that, I like how the light makes the flowers bright, it´s a good efect. Keep trying, you´re improving!
