Hi Jane . This little fellow looks happy, as i sit at the computer a Black bird is singing out side the window. You have captured good detail and colours. a nice pose with its feet hanging onto the small twig. good use of the light. well done TFS.

There is a lot of this beautiful birds around here, but one of them sing for Me and Lidia every day early in the morning close to the window of my house, he poses en the Radio antena not to far, so We can hear him very clear.
Great image cousin. beautiful red and blue sky, some times I think that a lot of people
here would like to have this beautiful and clean blue sky like the one that You and Me have in our twon.

What amazes me most about this picture is it really demonstrates how little these song birds weigh..he is on the tip of a twig..
That said is indeed a fine capture caught at just the right moment whilst Mr Finch echoes out his glorious song.

Hi Jane,
Your trademark blue sky BG, and a great POV of this wonderful singin' pose..
In your sky BG I see a faint lighter area starting around the head and downward along the front of the bird, and among some of the branches.
