| This is a photo of Mount Stickney, taken March 15, 2007 from on top of my roof on a early sunrise. The morning was just amazing! So much purples which turned to reds, then to oragnes and so on. One of my favorite home sunrises, these mountains are acually quite distant, but my camera has a 12X optical zoom. The peak on the left is Mount Stickney which is somewere around 5300 feet or so, and the little one to the right is ragged ridge, located in the Cascades near the city of Gold Bar. I have an amazing view from my roof, but face obsticles such as power lines, which is why it is so hard to construct a panorama. I jump from one part of my roof to the garage, and often times go down with numb hands. For this photo, I once again used my handy dandy #1 program that I use Picasa 2. I sharpened the photo, because it was slightly blurry due to movement. Also I darkened it a little to give it a more natural look, I did not know of exposure back then. After this I resized it using the export mode, and was able to post it! Hope you enjoy! :-) |
