Namastay Bob,
A nice capture of this beautiful grass land with two geese in between. An excellent composition and good details. BTW in my current post I was trying to show that when food is abundant what bugs do :). Actually almost all were mating in this shot.
Thanks a lot for sharing.
Sincerely,
HP

Your grass and dandelions must start growing immediately the snows starts melting. Yes, it looks like these two had planned to meet secretly in the long grass. See them running together like that in the old movie.
Do these birds mate for life? It's the shooting season here and I see Canadia geese are fair game in NZ. There were lots in the South Island last month.
Lovely spring shot Bob, and a nice day to go driving.

Bellissima immagine, molto bella la composizione allargata al paesaggio con le due oche che si guardano nel prato impreziosito dai denti di leone, molto belli i colori e il senso di quiete. Grazie e complimenti. Ciao Maurizio

A very different shot, one rarely comes across shots which are complete, if I may, in terms of having an environment when the subject is an animal or a bird.ou've done it in the past, and this is a lovely representation of it again.
Cheers!

Hello Bob,
I thought it went, the cows in the meadow the sheep in the corn or something along that line. Great image Sir, the colorful surroundings and the lovers in the grass. Fine work my friend even if you needed a helping eye from Jane.

Great shot Bob,
I'll just bet that hidden in that tall grass are some tiny goslings. I know that most of the pairs around here already have their young running around with them.
These really are beautiful birds, but they can become a nightmare if they decide to take over a neighborhood park or beach.
Tell Jane thanks for pointing them out and allowing you to get such a nice shot, even though she had to experience some discomfort.

Hola Sr. Bob.
I can see that the last 9 photos are in birds, You sure have a great talent to take photos on this beautiful creatures of God.
I wonder what are those Geese doing in there, probably picking some flowers to give the ladies.
Like the note too, but please take good care of Your lovly wife.

Hi Bob,
I really like the shot, which is all the more special for including a good chunk of the meadow. I love the grasses and the yellow flowers, with the lushness of the meadow fading into what looks like a more baron hillside. The Canada Geese work really well together in the shot. A very effective addition to what looks like a growing collection of bird shots, which is always nice to see.

Hi Bob,
How your seasons have changed - this looks like summer! A scene I don't see here - green grass and yellow dandelions. The two geese look very much at home. Poor Jane - why didn't you just hand her the camera and let her take the picture?????

The title makes me think of a song...can't quite come up with it right now...ducks in water...something in the sea...children in the playground...out goes she...
remember that?
Anyway, another fine photo you've shared here!

Hi Bob,
The two geese seem to be having a confrontation. The point of view is showing the birds being in alert against each other. The subject is nicely frame. The light is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.
