[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a photo of Sheep Mountain taken on January 21, 2008. I used a 400th of a second exposure, to show the reds and oranges of the sunset, and used picasa 2 to sharpen this photo a little. This photo was taken on a beautiful time while hiking along the mountain loop highway. Perhaps one of the most beautiful hikes I have ever been on. See more at Cascade Pass Adventures, These photos Big Four Evening Stillaguamish Peak at Sunset Del Campo Peak at Sunset Sunset in the Mountains Devils Peak at Sunset a very wonderful time in the mountains! Enjoy! Cheers Josh Lewis!

hello Josh, I like the way you have caught the light, it gives a lot of depth... it portrays the scale and wilderness very well... tfs, regards h

These areas in winter...I know them well from images and from living in the northern lats, as per 48.9 or 48.55 or some such depending on which lat/longs one is using. but saying that precludes my statement that these mountains are very tricky to photograph in winter months at dusk or dawn. Even on a sunny day things can go astray with heavy contrasting. So you have done remarkably well...and again, it shows your love of the mountains through your eyes....very nice Josh. You are still quite talented...keep on then!
Bob
