Taken the same time as my previous posting of a bee working among these flowers. The light was still dim under the clouds, and the raindrops still clung to the flowers.

The background blur is distracting the well focused forward flower I do practice this by moving left or right to find a dark background for my foreground, how is this idea hence it is beautifully framed nice crisp focus..well done..

Hi Alan. Mamcg's comment about the white blurred background directly behind the flower is a valid one, and usually easily avoided, but this is an exquisitely evocative image all the same. The overall tone is so peaceful, it evokes a feeling of absolute silence and stillness, like the deepest forest. Stunning.

Great capture Alan. I like these tiny flowers emerging from darkness. Nice composition, water droplets are real bonus. Good work!

Very well composed and framed. These almost looks like a group of dancers performing in the rain.

Alan, so pretty and artistic. Wonderful feel about this one - such excellent details and colours. Beautiful. I like it...
The BG doesn't worry me at all - it shows the same flowers and enhances the scene. Well done.

Lovely POV and details Alan. The jewels on the bud are stunning. Good tack sharp details. Nicely composed work. Thanks

Olá,

Well done, good detail, nice comp.

The flowers are in such an unusual position, and they are so lovely. This ends up being quite a uniqe image. The rain is so nice on them, too. Nice work, Alan!
