hi bob,
i really thought that its a monochrome and yes the hight really makes me feel dizzy too, i liked the effect of light, the pov, the composition and the best part you notes, i feel that you write the best notes here and each of your images have a story to tell,
very nice work, (you inspire me very much dear bob)

Hi Bob,
You captured this so perfectly that I get a feeling of looking up and feel the effects as if I was there. The more I look at it the more patterns and designs I see. It does look monochromatic with wonderful shadings.

Hi Bob!
Very interesting POV here. Colours look like sepia or infra red. Very arty and abstractive shot. And as always very personal and interesting note.

Hi Bob.
You sure get a sense of height, as if we are standing under them also looking up. Wonderful notes to go with it that brings it altogether.
Kathleen.

Hi Bob,
Wonderful shot and the sepia tones gives the image a surreal look. Very neat and sharp image with perfect light handling. Excellent POV and composition. Thanks for sharing this fine image.

hello Bob,
We have been almost neighbours several times..and this time I have the pleasure to be just next to your Eucalyptus-trees picture. The light is amazing and the point of view you have chose excellent, makes almost an abstract picture. In Switzerland we have also the discussion about foreign rapidely growing tree-species (for example some Canadian essences). Gardeners just noticed that this is not the best solution and happily people come back to old Europaen tree-species.
I wish you a nice and sunny day

You can't trust those Aussies - their trees have spread all over the world, especially these gums!! And I think they all grow better in other countries than they do in their home-land.
But their trunks here do look very spindly Bob!
Cheers
Janice
PS I've posted some Eucalyptus trees today too.

Namastay Bob,
I have tried something like this to our tall tress here but never thought of taking it in B&W. A nice capture of these sky touching eucalyptus trees. Superb composition. Thanks a lot for sharing.
Sincerely

Hi Bob,
Superb composition and the sepia tone effect just enhances this image, and I can almost smell the eucalyptus trees, actually I'm at work at the moment and were surrounded by them here at Mt Coot-tha, nice work mate.
Cheers Rick :)
