Another treasure... a very small flower hidden among the blades of grass in my backyard.

Taken with macro setting (very up close and personal) hand-held, auto everything. Some PP to remove unwanted hot spots... shadow/hightlight adjustment... contrast... and a bit of selective sharpening. Framing of course.

Very eye-catching shot. Excellent job of focusing the flower. That's a nice touch to offset your main image. Good DOF, leaving everything in the background out of focus.

Hi Larry,
A nice capture of this beautiful lone flower. Superb details and a lovely composition. But I think the bg is a bit noisy and which can be taken care of by some noise reduction software. Thanks a lot for sharing.
