Excellent close-up of this Red Tail, Tom. I like the crystal clear, look-'em-in-the-eye perspective. The sharpness that lets me see the rich color and defined texture of the feathers is excellent, too. Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful image Tom,
Hawks are one of my favorite birds of prey, and this one is shown in such a beautiful pose. Excellent detail and very natural colors in this exceptional photo!!!
I wish the hawks around here would be as cooperative as this one was for you. I've been trying to get a decent shot of a white Red-tail for the past two years, and the closest I've ever been was around 60 yards. I had to hide in the weeds to even get this close.
