Hi Angela,

You are really making me dying to see one of these Blue Jays! Fantastic in-flight shot. That wing is a winner. Great timing to capture this. The face is beautiful. Colors are wonderful with all the lovely shades of blue. Fine details - even the little legs look great. Congratulations on a marvelous shot.

Wow this shot has it going on.
The details are wonderful.
Excellent light and this has produced beautiful blue colours and hues in the jay's plumage.
Excellent timing .
The POV is very good.
The bird fills the frame well and has that diagonal feel to it,topped off with a lovely glint in the eye.

Very nice capture of this Jay Angela. Your timing was perfect for this shot, with excellent focus on that eye. Depth of field provides very good clarity throughout of this bird in flight. This is one you can be very happy with.
