[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
To a squirrel, a box of nuts is just as tempting as a cookie jar to a child. This fellow not only decided he was hungry, but he hoarded all of the peanuts within by sitting on top of the opening with his goodies.

I added a few peanuts to the squirrel box, but this fellow chased more than one on-looker off. I felt sorry enough for the ones chased away that I hid additional organic peanuts in the bushes by the trees they scurried up to get away from the hoodlum that was a glutton.

A few of these critters will now allow me to get fairly close. What I had against me on this day were Christmas bulb lights that hadn't been taken down; that accounts for the close crop. Given a choice, I would have left more space in front of him, but the bulbs were so distracting even I couldn't focus on the subject without noticing the Christmas bulbs first.

I love these critters; they are humorous, intelligent, and adventurous. These are qualities I strive to have within myself! (Plus, they are so playful and cute!)

Enjoy your day,
Kathy :-)

The that's pretty good kathy. I am working on my new digital microphone and it's not working for a coed slow by grammar really sucks. But the picture doesn't. The picture shows just how to take an image of a squirrel. You are becoming slowly the swirl lady of direct nature.

I am having fun with this slowly dying. I sure hope it comes out looking a lot better then it looks right now. Move
