More caterpillars! Found these guys on what was left of a leaf not far from where I found the first bunch. These were smaller than the others, but just as hungry! The leaf of the srub oak was completely gone!

Photo taken with Macro setting of FugiFilm Finepix S3000 and flash. PP- crop, sharpen and resize.

They really are trying to get every scrap of that leaf! There must be safety in numbers, surely some of them could have picked another leaf.
Nice shot with good DOF and good composition , leading the eye in an arch to the right of the picture.
