This was just fun, i was walking in the marshlands a naturepark, and i wanted to talk to someone at the nature center when i walked into this litle fellow.. I grapped my beanbag and let it rested at a pole, so with the litle light that i had, i was able te make this photo.. It almost looked like the squirrel smiled at me...:o)

Hi Olger,

We also tried to capture squirrels under poor light conditions and it was hard! ;) You did very well! What was the focal length at that moment? Sharp details and great pose. Well done & TFS!

Regards,
Pieter

What a dear this says!! has you has been nicely fixed that leuke greet animal with its timid you splendidly sharp also Lia

Olger, I really loved this photo, it would have been nicer if you could have gotten it a little bit closer. So I did a workshop on it, cropping it and then framing it. It caused a little bit of distortion, but if you had cropped the original before resizing, I think it would have made a much nicer photo. Actually, it's very sharp and beautiful. I just prefer closeups most of the time...personal preference. Great job and great capture of this cute little squirrel! Hope you don't mind me doing a workshop.

Hello Olger

What a cute pose. Very big eyes that have caught the catchlight perfectly. Nice work. TFS.

Hi Olger:
He really does seem to have a smile on his face. perhaps he just spied a pretty female! By the look of his ear he has had a battle or two!

Beautiful, sharp, well composed shot. Excellent!

Olger, this is very nice and cute.

Excellent composition and sharpness. I like pov, dof and blurred bg too.

I've never seen one of them, although I know they can be spotted here in Brazil.

Congratulations on the capture.
