[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This little creek runs near my house. Today was a wonderful fall day, suddenly warm, and the trees are full of yellows, oranges and reds. Looking at this blown up to full size gives a real sense of how warm the fall colors are.

I used a polarizing filter, and set the white balance to "shade -3" on my D70 to overcome the blue cast the filter gives.

Beautiful capture of the sun dappled creek, Alan. Excellent choice of white balance and polarizer - the high contrast is handled very well.

Hi Alan, what a beautiful scene you have captured here. The fall leaves on the trees and on the ground look so good, but the composition is superb. Well done, thank you.

Hi Alan,
Sorry for rushed visit, very busy night.
A well deserved big green smile, thanks for posting.
Have a good week.
