Excellent capture Michel, you deserve 2 points just for getting this. Contrast and composition is good as is the detail, it's a shame that you lost some of the wing but I understand!

You are forgiven for thw feather that was lost on the right wing (unless you cropped it off) I'm sure the feather will grow back. Had you used a tripod you would probably have cut the bird in half. Very nice moment.
Wing lost on high speed landing. Never mind the rest of this photo is just perfect. Lovely take. Thanx for sharing.
Very nice action shot Michel.The background is well blurred and I think you handled the light in a clever way avoiding to burn all the white feathers. I can easily live with the missing wingtip.
Though it is slightly out of focus and there is something disturbing in the right side of the picture and it is a little underexposed. So I tried to make a little WS for you - I hope it is OK.
