Very lovely photo, I like the diagonal of the tree branch, and all the little details you've captured on the branch and the bird's feathers. I can almost touch his soft wings. Very nice "artistic" photo, would look lovely hanging in a museum. Well done, excellent work.

Great capture. You've got great seperation here and I love the colour palette. Composition is great with the branches and bird tail radiating out from the bottom right corner of the frame. Great stuff.

Hi Gregory
You correctly point out the fact that you did well to isolate this sparrow from its surroundings. He is rather photogenic this guy and you captured him very well.
I like the composition with the branch on the right forming a canopy over the bird. Colours are well saturated, exposure is spot-on, DOF is great with nice sharp details visible on the bird, and of course excellent BG.

I bet it was difficult to seperate him the backround. He blends in well. You did an excellent job on it though. Very beautiful colors and detail in this little fellow. He is perfectly framed with the branches. Overall composition is superb. Nice work here.
