Excellent shot here. Soft light has rendered besutiful colors and tones. Detail is very sharp. He looks wonderful in his breeding plumage. Nice wind blown pose.

A wonderful POV of this great blue, Cecilia.
I really like his breeding plumage... It should serve him well.
Very sharp details and great composition. Wonderful pose.

I love the detail on this heron! The FG blurry grass is a bit distracting, but with some careful photoshopping that can be fixed. Great photo!

An excellent portarait of this Heron,I never manage to get that close to them,very sharp an detailed,like it a lot,a pity of the straw,but that happens,well done and TFS

Excellent shot in every way, for the OOF reeds. Anywhere else, but running across the head, it's a major distraction IMHO. A supporting note would be a big plus also.
