Sakura is in blossom in New York City!
I was passing by these trees and never knew they were such famous sakuras, which is a Japanese cherry tree.
Once I went to a sakura festival in Brooklyn Botanical Garden and since then I know what this is. I even have one growing on my street! It has white flowers though.
