| Picture taken in Detroit Zoo. I've been telling the folks accompanied me that always we can see the lions sleeping. it is a rare sight to see them in action. Despite scorching 94Degrees heat we were lucky to capture them in action, although not much atleast the expression is fantastic. |

this is a very nice picture with good POV and compostion.
With a little work in photoshop it will a very good shot.
I did a WS to show what I mean.

I like this too. It's really well timed.
The image of King of the jungle acting like a little kid...LOL
I like the workshop too. I think I'd crop out the top and left side though, just for interest.

Hi Rajesh,
A nice shot, he looks quite alert considering the heat. Captive Lions quite often are as you say asleep and very bored and drowsy looking when awake. I think Gert's workshop helps a lot. Nice work.
