Hi Tracy.
How wonderful to have captured this moment and from a moving boat, you have done well.
I would like to suggest if you have not already cropped that you crop in from the left to crop out the person and some off the top and bottom to bring the dolphines more to the focus point. The water movement from the boat makes a great setting along side the dolphines. Also to straighten your horizon would help and if you are able to work in photoshop you could remove the line/pole.
At 1/25 sec shutter speed you will have movement so it is more than likely the dolphines won't be sharp but if you could bring them a bit closer by cropping I believe it will still be a wonderful photo of your cruise.
