Another one of my American Sparrow takes.

America sparrows are a group belonging to the passerine birds genera and part of the Emberizidae family and they are closely related to the Old World buntings.
They are seed-eating birds with conical bills. Their color is in the shades of brown or grey, and many species have distinctive head patterns

Hi Jorge,

A nice shot of this sparrow,well detailed and sharp,however on my monitor it comes out a bit soft on colors,but anyway I like the picture of this cute fellow,

Un gorrión, este pajarillo tan poco fotografiado por ser tan abundante en practicamente en todo el mundo. Creo que es una hembra, buena captura y quizás la luz no debió ser todo lo buena que a uno le gustaría, pero aún asi esta muy bien captada la foto.

Hi Jorge,
He seems completely aware of you but doesn't seem bothered at all, quite unusual. A nice shot, good POV and nicely framed. Detail is good, DOF is spot-on. I agree with Paul on the colours, they do look a little washed out. Still a nice shot though!
