Wow...what a great macro, interesting point of view, the colours are excellent and the pestal is a nice contrast to the background. Some notes on this flower or plant would be helpful. TFS Janice

pleasing colors :)
you may want the picture to run through NeatImage or some other noise reduction sf to eliminate noise. 'Cause that is IMHO causing the backgroung to look slightly muddy.
The picture would have been migthy enhanced if there was an bright colored small insect on one of the stamens, what say. you ought to wait for a lil more time, maybe.
Oh yes, pick up a local book on the flowers do a lil bitof research and let us all know more about the flower in the "photographers' comments"
