[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is another one from my evening at the Fairbanks botanic gardens a couple of nights back. I feel like quite the failure as a naturaliist, not having noted the species of flower (If you can tell what it is please let me know). I took several of these macros, but this was my favorite of the series. Any comments welcome.

Beautiful macro of this flower. The colours are soft, warm and captivating. The composition is great, having the centre of the flower off to one side. I'm guessing this might be a type of Dahlia, or Garden Mum. It's hard to tell without seeing the leaves, stem and whole blossom. TFS Janice
