Tech notes- ISO 400, 300mm, RAW.
I was taking photos of the birds at the feeder with the Rebel, handheld- when one of the many tree rodents decided he (she) needed to be photographed. Actually, the TR was headed for the staff that holds the feeder- so I started following him. This is one of many taken in the shadows of morning. |

I think this photo is lovely. It captures nicely a calm relaxed morning taking photos. I can almost smell the crisp clean air. Too bad you couldn't have coaxed him to step into the little bit of sunshine there.
Excellent shot! I like the background with the grasses and the fence. The colors in it complement the squirrel.
J.J., you made it through the rough weather. A nice little fellow, what is it.? Squirel? Cat? Coyote? Hahahha.
He's detailed abit of cropping in a post processing software will improve him lots.
Well done. I did a workshop for fun, hope you like it.

Hi JJ
The only thing missing here is the sneaking coyote, but WHICH one?
This is a very nice picture, great colours on his tummy, a nice pose and compo too. Really overall a picture that makes me happy to look at!
Très beau et gros spécimen. Domage que la lumière n'ais pas tombé directement sur lui.POV et DOF très bon, J'aurais peut-être coupé un peut la photò. FÉLICITATIONS !
