Beautiful shot, Cecilia! Excellently managed DOF creating sharp subject and blurred background. Perfect exposure allowing to see great detail in the black wings. Nice compostion and good framing. BTW, I doubt you had enough time to set up the tripod, what kind of support did you use? Regards,

Hello cecilia,
It is very difficult to get a good shot at a swallowtail. This butterfly flapping wings at great speed. You seem to capture with ease. What amazed me is the picture is so sharp that able to see pistils all over the wings. Well done and TFS.
