Great colours and POV. Nice composition and an amusing 'trail closed' sign!

Nice POV on the shot, but it seems a bit underexposed to me.

I love snow images. This is nice in a lot of ways. I like the sky and the luster on the snow and the way the row of trees breaks up the snow area. If it were my image I would clone out the lens flare in the sky, the sign and all the dust spots that are on the slide. The blue is not the natural color but the way lenses react to snow and ice. I'll show you what a warming filter can do if you want the image to look more natural. It is always a very appealing blue however.

Thanks for sharing

Hello Scott, excllent colors, Bg, POV SDOF perfect colors wonder Landscape, TFS Kyle

Hello Scott,

My gf and I went to Alaska in May and June and we also visited Anchorage. Unfortunately we didn't have time to hike flat top. I understood it is the most hiked mountain in Alaska! I like your photo, the POV and composition are very good. The blue color cast is what makes it look a bit unnatural. I Removed the color cast in PC CS2. I hope you like the result, but I am uncertain as you might have added the blue intentionally with the filter. Let me know what you think. TFS!

Regards,
Pieter

Hi Scott,
Beside the blue color cast, I like the view. Great to see the sign informing us how high the snow is. The scan is pretty good except for a few stripes and this spot above the mountain. I like both WS's
