[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Found this little guy at Glass Beach, near Fort Bragg, CA one summer's day - my son and I were checking out tidepools when this crab caught our attention. In order to "defend" itself, it began blowing bubbles. The asphalt seen behind it IS pavement; Glass Beach used to be the town's dump until about 1967. Nature and the elements are transforming it into a very interesting, wild "wonderland" filled with passerine birds, seabirds, shorebirds, crustaceans, fish and seals and sea lions - while offshore, gray whales are often seen spouting on their migrations.

Bonjour,
Intéressant scène de la vie animale.
Bonne journée.

Hello,
I like this post more than your second one.
'cause here are no distractive elements in the BG. I found three in your second one...plastic card, a coloured cluster, and a red colour from a pot or something like that...
But welcome to TrekNature
Good pic.

Welcome on TN:).Very interesting capture, camouflage is amazing.POV,details abd composition are wonderful.

Maybe I'll have to start chewing bubble gum when I walk through rough neighborhoods! Great defensive tactic! Why didn't I think of that??? Great picture at just the right time!
