These trees adorn many a neighbourhood in the Charlotte region, but once in a while one like this grows just by itself, right at the side of the road as if God had intended it. And indeed He probably did...
I had never seen such an abundance of white blossoms until I moved to North Carolina. What a spectacle we are privvy to every spring when the Bradford pear trees take off, soon followed by the pink cherry blossom, not to be outdone by the later blooming crepe myrtle trees and somewhere in the middle of all that the infamous dogwood barks its loudest!
Point a camera at one of these beauties and there is nothing you can do wrong, well in my amateur opinion, anyway....
No flash, filter, tripod, nothing fancy. Just clicked, downloaded, cropped a bit, re-sized. No pp work really. One fabulous tree. |
