This is on Pinkney Island near Hilton Head, South Carolina, USA.
On the face of it this looks like a forest. But take a closer look and you can see that the tall oaks and pines are winning the struggle against the two palm trees to the left. You can even see the palm tree's rotting brown leaves that are an indication that this is not a happy palm tree....
Photographically nothing special. Just pointed and clicked. Wanted to capture the full green canopy of trees. No flash, filter or tripod. Lots of trees. |
