I love this little guy. He is wonderful, the pose is beyond repoach, and I love the details in his little hands. He's stuffing his face, and well, I went kind of nutty over him. Wonderful capture - squirrels are wonderful creatures. I love the POV and I love the texture of his fur.

Hi Silke. I have not seen a squirrel with black fur. the fur looks quite long. you have captured it with fine detail and natural colours. a good pose eating . a nice POV. well done TFS . good notes too.

We have some sort of rock squirrel here that looks a lot like that. They live in those big rock fences and places like that.

Such a beautiful capture of this black squirrel and a lovely dedication. A lovely close up filled with a variety of features and details. I just love the big black eyes, the ears standing up straight, cute little fingers, the most spectacular the thick tail, and don't forget the nuts.
