[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo taken this past Sunday is the very first one of a fox family I have taken this year and the location was the "superman property" where for the last four years I have seen these beautiful animals.I am in for many days of looking in on them to see how they are getting on but the field they are in is very much covered in weeds that make getting clear shots of them a challenge.I thought I would share this one as I liked the morning light making all kind of golden hued.I saw three kits and one adult during this outing.I have a line on two other places where I can get more fox families photoed and hope to soon before the kits get to old and less playful as they are great fun to watch. So consider this to be an introduction and a taste of things to come,I like foxes and I'm sure that you do too.PP was done with Paint.Net.

Hi Bob .... enjoying the snow .... or should I say blizzard.

Your image brings a little ray of sunshine to my day. The fox seem to blend in so well with the glistening golden coloured grass. You've captured a tranquil moment in the morning light with mom's watchful eye gazing for movement. The kits look like they are having some fun. They look so cute. I'll be waiting for more images.

Morning is when I usually saw them in the wilds Bob.....I think it is the best of light combined with the best of quiet for them....and although they are out much later at night and even earlier int eh morn, they are quite elusive...so for a photographer...I am assuming you know just where they are and how they act...you have this connection which many do not...Well seen...VERY well!

Hi Bob
This is a great first capture of the Fox family. I remember a lot of great shots of them from last year and looking forward to seeing more this year. I think that is great to be able to watch and photograph a wild Fox family like this as they are growing up. Thanks for sharing this Bob.

Hi Bob , wow that is just great , I hope I get to see them soon ;-) , I really like this photo , I am partial to animals with habitat to go with them , this one kind of gives a feel for the shyness of the animal , nice warm color , a fair enough view of the three . nice work . TFS
