[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello All,

Here is a continuation of shots taken yesterday at Rondeau Provincial Park. The birds co-operated making for a very satisfying trip. I must admit that for the past 3 weeks,I have not taken a shot I was completely happy with. All birds seemed to stay well away which got a bit frustrating. I am sure everyone can relate to this as sometimes bird photography can be a huge challenge - especially when you have to approach a bird due to lack of a powerful lens. However, when an opportunity like this occurs, it makes up for all the disappointments.

Best Regards,

Martin

beautiful bird and beautiful pic, TFS Ori

Hello Martin
Your patience has truly paid off here..I know that I certainly get many shots that I wish were of better quality..I guess nature photography is full of pitfalls..But there is always the challenge..There are no willing subjects who pose for you!!
Any How...This one makes up for all the waiting...Perfectly sharp details with super colours...the focus was spot on on this one.
All the best
Paul

Hi.

What a beautifull bird. Very good photo also. And i fully agree with you. Birds are hard subjects to get on photo, i try also many many times to get one decent shot and the birds just appear to be determined to not allow it. Other times they even look like models in a passarelle posing for the camera.

Regards

Helder

Absolutely fantastic, Martin.
I do understand your little frustration; sometimes

Hallo Martin
The patterns and markings on this elegant bird are very clear and obvious. A wonderful arrangement of colours. All in focus showing great details. Truly amazing, and a real delight to look at. Perfect exposure and natural background. A beautiful presentation of this beauty. I just love the greyish pearl coloured beak. Well framed and presented. Thanks for sharing. Much appreciated.
Kind regards
Anna
