'On Guard' are the first two words that come to mind when I first spotted this. This is fantastic. Excellent texture, depth of field, and point of view. The subject is sharp and this is one heck of a macro. Congratulations on a job well done.

wow this picture really stealing my heart, really nice pose of this rodent with clear green grass foreground, you might set the contrast a bit more, and it is nice if you could sharing any info about this animal in a short note, well done !
