The Peregrine Falcon is a beautiful predator with it's blue-gray plumage and barred underparts. Its dark head with thick sideburns gives its facial features a rather unique appearance. You have photographed this particular bird nicely showing very good detail.
I would however have been more impressed if you would have composed the shot without showing its handler in the frame. Perhaps a close up of its face and shoulders with a cleaner BG. The pictures and letters in this BG are a bit distracting and definitely not natural.
I fully understand this was a program at the school to help the students better understand and appreciate these attractive and rarely seen birds of prey. You were definitely limited in your choice of POV. This is just my personal opinion, you did a fine job with what you had to work with. TFS.
