[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
On my bike ride today I spent a little time at the fish hatchery below the Norfork Dam hoping for an interesting picture ;-).

Here is a a link to a companion picture on TrekEarth about the Norfork National Fish Hatchery.

These are baby trout fingerlings found in the runs inside the building. I'm not sure if they are rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), or Brown Trout (Salmo trutta). The hatchery raises both.

Here is a link to more info on the Norfork River which produced the World Record Brown Trout in 1988.

Hi Dave.
If this one is the rainbow trout, I must say it has been introduced in some of our local rivers by fishemen, and in a short time they got advantage of their faster metabolism, and displaced our local trouts almost to extintion. A pity, as our local trouts are more tasty that these :D
I made a fast WS to try to get some contrast and details. Hope you like!
