| This might look pile a poor shot but these dragonflies do not sit still. They are renowned for non stop patrolling of their pond. (the males anyway) and woe betide anything that might fly past. This Australian Emarald was such a highly strung dragonfly I don't know when he gets time to eat. It took me around 30 photos to even get this one half in focus. I really only posted it because the sunlight shows off his nice green coluring which otherwise looks black. |
