thats a great shot...cool temperament these birds have.they just stalk and stand quite still
i would do some cropping on this to make the bird and that all seeing eye more prominent

Excellent shot and very tense moment! Beautiful lighting of head and feathers, the yellow colour of its beaks stands out nicely against the buish background. Nice details of this surrounding marsh vegetation !
