A superb close shot of a fluffed-up Forest Kingfisher in a great pose taken from a great POV and lighting against a fine neutral natural BG. The different blues are fantastic and the composition excellent.

I just returned from Australia and wish I had seen one of these beautiful Kingfishers. An excellent capture with marvelous eye contact. The colors and details of the face and feathers are spectacular. The pose, background and composition are wonderful.

I wish I had more time............
However I cannot pass this by without saying. Wonderful capture of a bird that is my favourite. The colours of the feathers is beautiful and reminds me of royalty. Just love the water droplets on the beak. An absolute delightful image. Thanks for sharing.

I had miss that beautiful closed up.Nice POV from that angle we have almost a 3 D view.Razor sharp image whit excellent plumage detail.I also like your subject pose and the nice OOF BG.Nice catch light in the eye and lovely colors.
