A large lizard, about 150cm long, a fast moving, tree climbing scavenger, predator and visitor to a caravan park in Broome, left alone, he will wander around looking for food, provoked and cornerred he has nasty claws and a habit of running up trees or peoples legs.

Hi Peter, very nice composition and colour on this Bungarra. I like the way the tail is curled around to fit it all into the shot. Too bad about the right leg, but you can see the power of this lizard well enough with the two left legs. This is a very impressive animal, and its well captured here.

I've never seen this lizard before. A very elegant one with this so long neck.
A pity about the cut leg, but this is not really disturbing. Pose and POV are excellent.
