A donkey orchid growing on the cycle path near Mundaring, one of the early flowering orchids, it exists all over South Western Australia, but varies slightly in different localities.

Hello Peter,
Though this shot is a bit soft it is a striking portrayal of a species of orchid that I don't think has been shown on TN before. The colours of the flowers contrast strongly against the Bg and one can see the reason for its name.
You deserve more credit for this.
