The 3rd in this series of Pelicans at Walpole, Western Australia: the D70 just kept on shooting, all I had to do was keep the bird in frame and press the shutter!

Hi Jeff,
Excellent capture!
Very good composition. However, too many areas are over-exposed. I know it is hard to get the right exposure, especially of flying birds. It is still a very good shot.

Regards,
Shahar.

Great capture Jeff.
Absolutely perfect clarity and colour.
Couldn't be better.
Fantastic job !

hi good foto and focus TFS David

Nice composition. Great detail on the wing feathers and neck. The white is a bit over bright; I photograph swans quite frequently and know how hard it is to keep some of those white areas from washing out in bright light. All in all, it's a lovely photo. TFS

Hi Jeff, I like this one much better than the previous. You've given him room to move. The composition is excellent. The detail is sharp, colour is good, looks like you might be fighting a bit with the highlights, but still very good.

Thanks, John

Hi Jeff

Good light in this shot and you have managed it well. It would have been so easy for some parts to be badly over exposed, but you have done a great job. Nice timing too. :-)
