Chris, I really like these specie of Dove with this cascading tiled look seen its feathers. I've seen it here in Texas on rare occassions. Your photo has good sharpness & detail. I've only been shooting birds a short time..I'm definitely no expert..I will tell you that I always get the best results when there is plenty of light...Especially when you can get a piece of sky! TFS

This dove blends in very well, making it difficult to shoot, but you did very well. The image is sharp and the definition great.

Almost an identical setting! The doves were movin' about on the ground, scrounging for goodness knows what!
