Eastern Grey Kangaroo
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
The Eastern Grey Kangaroo (Macropus giganteus) is widely distributed throughout eastern Australia, particularly in forested areas.
This and other kangaroo species frequently congregate in large groups called mobs. The kangaroos will often be competing with sheep and cattle for food in grazing areas, making them unwelcome visitors on many farms.
This 'roo was photographed at dusk on Mt Macedon, about 70km north west of Melbourne. |

You took this at dusk with a zoom lens ? Looks like there was only just enough light. It looks pretty dry there too.
Nice shot Peter, the light is fine and the composition is very good.
Nice colours and POV.
But the focus is too soft.
TFS! Nice work.
