Lovely inflight shot, it looks as though it is moving with some speed. The eye captures my focus as well and looks almost straight through me as it is set at such a strange angle.
Well played.

FÉLICITATIONS!

Hello Mark!

Great shot! Perfectly captured pelican. Excellent sharpness of the bird and very well blured background. Very well done!

Regards
Jacek

Mark,

This is an awesome shot. You've managed this one at 1/320th of a second which is really tough to do. The overall setting makes for a very enjoyable shot. TFS.

P.S. I haven't seen anything new from you in a while. Keep your work coming :) (unless you're like me now. I am just too busy to do anything. In fact, I haven't taken a single picture for two or three weeks now...)

Take Care,

Martin

Hello Mark,
I really admire you swiftness in catching this flying bird past you. But most of all, it is the clarity that matter most yet you manage it very well. Excellent skill.
The eyes, the torso and the beak are very crispy clear.
Great shot with the background colours a bit blur to give a big impact.
Regards,
Foozi
