Hello Batman! Awesome shot. Don't think I have ever seen a real flying fox, only the manmade at childrens playing grounds. This one is much nicer. Good POV. Lovely orange mane around the neck. Good shot. Thanks.

Actually, I've seen one of these (or its cousin) fly across the road right in front of our bus years and years ago when I visited Oz and travelled on the Cape York Highway between Daintree and Cairns. An impressive sight ;-))

No way! You caught this so well, look at it - from the toes to the nose. Very RARE shot, especially as these are nocturnal. I have seen some of these in real life and close up and they didn't look as good. Also, nicely cropped/framed and composition is great, you did THAT as well as snap this beast. I am jealous.
