Thankyou everyone for your comments on my previous posting on the Nankeen Kestrel it’s always appreciated.

Did I mention it’s WET, three days off and its WET Again! I’m going stir crazy.

Anyway as mentioned yesterday the weather came down out at Lake Moogerah we could see it coming across the lake, and this was the resulting shot.

I have posted another version in the W/s but I just love the colours in this, hopefully the weather is nicer were you are and fingers crossed tomorrow will be dry and I can get out.

In the mean time the roast is on the fire is light, and the wine is chillin as I will be soon :0)

Have a great weekend.

Hello Rick,
Interesting how a telephoto lens can make a rainbow colour the whole sky! A great effect! It seems that you in large parts of E. Australia are being washed out!
Watering restrictions in Sydney have been lifted for the first time in years!
Hope you get sunshine soon and not with rainbows!
Cheers,
Ivan

Hallo Richard
My time on the site is rather limited but this image with its rainbow of colours caught my eye and I could not let the moment pass. How beautiful is the Creation? and how perfectly did you capture this scene to show it to us? The colours is amazing. It is like a few rainbows placed side by side on one big screen. Really eye-catching and beautiful.
Thanks for sharing. Best regards.
Anna
